摘要:采用硬模板法,以间位碳硼烷为硼源、3-氨基苯基乙炔树脂为氮源和碳源、介孔二氧化硅(SBA-15)为硬模板,成功制备了氮硼共掺杂的有序介孔碳材料(NBC)。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附测试、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了前驱体中B与N的物质的量之比(nB/nN)对NBC结构的影响。采用紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)研究了NBC对甲基橙染料的吸附性能。结果表明:NBC具有二维六方的有序结构,孔径可调且分布集中在3~6nm。其中,NBC-1.0样品(nB/nN=1.0)具有最高的比表面积(1 560m^(2)/g)、最大比孔容(1.92cm ^(3)/g)及高度有序性。相比于传统的活性炭吸附剂(吸附量61mg/g),NBC-1.0可以实现对甲基橙染料的快速、有效吸附,其吸附量可达214mg/g。
Utilizing novel m-carborane and 3-ethynylbenzenamine resin as precursor,ordered mesoporous carbon co-doped with nitrogen and boron NBC was successfully prepared by hard-template route.Methyl orange anionic dye was selected to investigate the adsorption behavior on NBC.The adsorption capacity of methyl orange dye on NBC and activated carbon(Ac)was studied using UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The effects of precursors molar ratio of B to N(n B/n N)on the texture and heteroatoms content of NBC were investigated.X-ray diffraction(XRD),N 2 adsorption and desorption and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)were used to characterize the morphology of prepared NBC samples.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)was used to investigate atomic percentage and bonding structure.Results showed that NBC had a two-dimensional hexagonal ordered structure with a pore size distribution centered at 3-6 nm.The increasing n B/n N(from 0.5 to 1.0)appropriately enhanced the pore size.However,when n B/n N increased from 1.0 to 2.0,NBC specific surface area and pore size gradually decreased and ordered structure was partially destroyed.When n B/n N was 1.0,NBC exhibited the highest specific surface area(1560 m^(2)/g)and the largest specific pore volume(1.92 cm^(3)/g).Besides,the atomic percentage of boron and nitrogen could be adjusted to 4.95%and 6.32%,respectively.Compared to the conventional activated carbon adsorbent(61 mg/g),NBC-1.0(n B/n N=1)exhibited rapid and effective adsorption performance(214 mg/g),which showed great potential as efficient adsorbent for removal of methyl orange dye.
