摘要:[目的]明确生防菌株AI-05对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果及其分类。[方法]采用盆栽和田间药效试验测试其防病效果,观测菌株培养性状与形态特征,测定其生理生化指标,并采用16S r DNA序列分析法对菌株AI-05进行鉴定。[结果]生防菌株AI-05对黄瓜白粉病的盆栽和田间试验的防效良好,分别为80.4%和74.9%;菌株AI-05的形态特征和生理生化指标与芽孢杆菌很接近,由16S r DNA序列分析的系统发育树发现,菌株AI-05的序列与Bacillus subtilis菌株HDYM-26同源性高达99%。[结论]效果优于281 g a.i./hm2的50%多菌灵WP,该菌可鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌B.subtilis。
[Aims] This study aims to evaluate classification status ofbiocontrol strain AT-05 and its control efficacy to cucumber powdery mildew (Sphacrothecafuliginea). [Methods] The antifungal action ofbiocontrol strain Al-05 to S. fuliginea was determined, its control efficacy to cucumber powdery mildew was studied by pot and field tests. The strain was identified by means of phenotypic characteristics observation, physiological and biochemical indexes determination and the assay of 16S rDNA sequence. [Results] The results showed that the biocontrol strain Al-05 had a better antagonistic activity to S. fuliginea, pot and field trial of strain Al-05 showed the control efficacy to cucumber powdery mildew was 80.4 and 74.9%, respectively. Phenotypic, physiological and biochemical characteristics of strain Al-05 were very close to those of B. subtilis. In addition, the sequence homology of the 16S rDNA strain Al-05 and Bacillus subtilis HDYM-26 strain was 99%. [Conclusions] The control efficacy to cucumber powdery mildew was significantly better than the efficacy of carbendazim 50% WP (281 g a.i./ha). According to the morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, and based on phylogenetic analysis, strain Al-05 was identified as B. subtilis.
