摘要:以苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMS)和二甲基二甲氧基硅烷(DMDS)为原料,采用水解缩聚一步法制备出超细共聚有机硅微球,粒径在1-5μm之间。研究了油水比、氨水浓度和单体投料比等对共聚产物形态、粒径及粒径分布的影响:当油水比在1∶3-1∶20,氨水浓度在0.01%-0.16%,PTMS占总单体含量70%-100%范围内时,制得的共聚有机硅微球球形度较好,其平均粒径随氨水浓度、PTMS占总单体含量的增加而减小,随油水比的减小而减小。并运用FT-IR、1H-NMR、GPC等表征手段对共聚微球的组成结构进行了表征。
Copolymer silicone microspheres were prepared by sol-gel polymerization of phenyltrimethoxysilane (PTMS) and dimethyldimethoxysilane (DMDS). The particle sizes are from 1 μm to 5 μm. Effects of the reaction parameters, such as NH4OH concentration, the ratio of oil to water and monomer ratio on particle size, shape and distribution were investigated. Results indicate that the preferred preparation conditions are NH4OH concentration in 0. 01%--0. 16%, ratio of O/W from 1 : 3 to 1 : 20 and PTMS/(PTMS+DMDS) ratio in 70% -100% in hydrolytic co-condensation reaction. The particle sizes increase with the decreasing of O/W ratio and the increasing of NH4OH concentration and PTMS/(PTMS+ DMDS) ratio. FT-IR, ^1H-NMR and GPC were used to characterize the structure and composition of the copolymer silicone microspheres.
