摘要:研究了α-苯乙胺的微波合成及其影响因索。结果表明,采用微波辐射法合成α-苯乙胺,较常规加热合成相比,使反应物摩尔比更接近理论比(甲酸铵与苯乙酮摩尔比从3.8:1降至2.6:1),降低了反应物用量,缩短了反应时间(从3h降至2h),降低了反应温度(从185℃降至165℃),产率可达44.50%~46.93%。
This paper studies the synthesis of α-phenyl ethylamine under microwave irradiation and discusses the reaction condition. The experimental results showed that microwave irradiation can reduce the mole ratio of ammonium formate to acetophenone from 3.8:1 to 2.6:1 ,it also could shorten the reaction time from 3 h to 2 h,bring down the temperature from 185℃ to 165℃ ,and the yield of products may up to 44.50% -46.93%.
