摘要：服务于资本全球扩张与意识形态输出的西方话语霸权,在数字时代集中呈现为领域泛化、技术加持、受众下沉、多维合谋等样态。从话语权运行体系的底层逻辑审视,数字时代的西方话语霸权主要通过社会文化的体系化包装、传播载体的资本化垄断以及受众认同的隐蔽性塑造,构建起与自身霸权诉求相适配的话语体系、传播体系和认同体系。这三种体系相辅相成、相互协同,共同形成了服务于数字时代资本全球扩张的话语霸权运行体系。中国必须在深刻揭示数字时代西方话语霸权运行体系与本质的基础上,以加快构建哲学社会科学自主知识体系为核心支撑,持续夯实并拓展具有中国特色的传播体系,并通过不断创新传播方式以提升国际社会对中国各层面各领域的认同,进而从根本上破解中国在国际话语传播格局中“有理说不出、说了传不开、传开叫不响”的难题。
The Western discourse hegemony that serves the global expansion of capital and the export of ideology has taken the form of domain generalization,technological support,more widespread audience,and multi-dimensional collusion in the digital age.Looking at the underlying logic of the operating system of discourse power,the Western discourse hegemony in the digital age mainly builds a discourse system,communication system and identity system that are suitable for its own demand for hegemony through the systematic packaging of social culture,the capitalized monopoly of communication carriers,and the concealed shaping of audience identification.These three systems are complementary and synergistic with each other,and together they form a discourse hegemony operating system that serves the global expansion of capital in the digital age.On the basis of profoundly revealing the operating system and nature of the Western discourse hegemony in the digital age,China must continue to consolidate and expand the communication system with Chinese characteristics,with the core support of accelerating the construction of an independent knowledge system of philosophy and social sciences,and continuously innovate communication methods to enhance the international community's recognition of China at all levels and in all fields,and then fundamentally solve the problem China faces in the international discourse communication pattern of"what is right cannot be spoken out,what is said cannot get around,and what is spread cannot be well accepted".
