摘要：教学管理的根本目的是提高教学质量。我国高校的教学管理模式在社会现实的冲击下已经悄然发生了许多变化,但仍存在一些值得商榷的问题。构建人性化、低重心的教学管理模式符合现代高校的需要,有利于提高教和学两个方面的积极性,有利于培养符合社会发展需要,有现代创业精神人才,有利于校级平台教学管理的精细化、专业化。
The fundamental purpose of education management is to improve educational quality.Although many changes in university education management have been made to fit the need of society,there are still problems to be discussed.It is in accordance to the needs of modern university to improve humanization and low barycenter education management and to the training of modern talents with pioneering spirit.That is beneficial to improve both teacher＇s and student＇s enthusiasm.
