摘要:A commercial computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software FLUENT 6.2 is applied to simulate the transfer process in KCl crystallizer. The influence different types of high effective stirring impellers have on velocity profile, the state of two flows of liquid-phase macro-mixing process and state of solid suspension in mother liquid in the crystallizer is studied.All the three aspects are regardless of chemical reactions occurring in the crystallizer. Simulation shows that crystallizer's energy consumption positively correlates with hub chord angle;effectiveness of mixture, to a large extent, is determined by
