摘要:多组分反应可以快速大量的合成结构复杂的药物分子,因此现代药物开发与多组分反应的发展密切相关。本文总结了近年来国内外有关多组分反应研究的发展概况及其在含肽链类新药物开发中的应用研究进展。
Modern drug discovery depends heavily on the use of muhicomponent reaction (MCR) for the rapid assembly of complex drug-like molecules. MCR have been used to create diversity oriented and biased combinatorial libraries, to accopmlish the synthesis of highly complex natural products as well as for the large-scale production of drug candidates. Today, the discovery of novel MCR has become an increasingly active area of research, yielding novel chemical scaffolds for drug discovery efforts. This paper focuses mainly on the recent development of muhicomponent reactions and their applications to the discovery of new peptide drugs.
