摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of 4,4-diamino-3,3-di-tert-butyl diphenylmethane comprises adding o-tert-butylphenylamine, formaldehyde and organic solvent into reactor, adding solid acid catalyst, bubbling with highly pure nitrogen and stirring; centrifuging and separating reaction product and catalyst, and recycling catalyst for reuse; vacuum-distilling reaction solution and recycling unreacted organic solvent and o-tert-butylphenylamine for reuse; and dissolving solid product, and crystallizing to obtain 4,4-diamino-3,3-di-tert-butyl diphenylmethane. USE - Method for preparation of 4,4-diamino-3,3-di-tert-butyl diphenylmethane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has high activity and can be reused. The method is simple and environment friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of 4,4-diamino-3,3-di-tert-butyl diphenylmethane comprises: (A) adding o-tert-butylphenylamine, formaldehyde and organic solvent into reactor with refluxing and condensing function, adding solid acid catalyst, bubbling with highly pure nitrogen and stirring at 100-150 degrees C for 1-20 hours; (B) centrifuging and separating reaction product and catalyst, and recycling catalyst for reuse; (C) vacuum-distilling reaction solution and recycling unreacted organic solvent and o-tert-butylphenylamine for reuse; and (D) dissolving solid product, and crystallizing to obtain 4,4-diamino-3,3-di-tert-butyl diphenylmethane. The mole ratio of o-tert-butylphenylamine and formaldehyde is 10:1-2:1. The mole ratio of catalyst and formaldehyde is 1:50-1:2.
