摘要:NOVELTY - Integrated silica gel adsorption column, prepared by using the sol-gel chemical method. USE - The column is useful for solid phase extraction process so that the convection mass transfer speed is higher than the normal particle padding. ADVANTAGE - The samples can be fast distributed and balanced between the flow phase and the fixed phase, which ensures the purification and enrichment effect and further realizes the fast purification and enrichment of the analyzed objects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Integrated silica gel adsorption column, prepared by using the sol-gel chemical method, where the method comprises following steps: (a) preparing the sol: dissolving the template agent into the acid solution, adding the silanized agent and stirring; (b) ultrasonic degassing the mixture prepared in step (a) and pouring into the straight-pipe-mould, gelling, aging and processing in alkali solution; and (c) washing the wet silica gel prepared in step (b) using the acid, water and surfactant, drying and roasting to obtain the cylindrical absorption materials, where the straight-pipe-mould in step (b) is glass pipe, metal pipe or plastic pipe provided with a certain strength and rigid property; in addition, the inner diameter of the in step straight-pipe-mould is 6-50mm which is more than the outer diameter of the integrated silica gel adsorption column and the length is 5-20cm, where the diameter of the integrated silica gel adsorption column prepared in step (a) is 5-49mm and the length is 1-15cm. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are: (1) a solid phase extraction device comprising a container, a solid phase extraction column, a filtering bottle and a water-circulating vacuum pump, where the lower end of the solid phase extraction column is provided with an integrated silica gel adsorption column; and (2) a separating medium of the solid phase extraction using solid phase extraction column, where the separating medium is applied in the separating, purifying and enrichment processes.
