摘要:NOVELTY - A fuel oil low temperature oxidation and desulfurization method involves mixing peroxide, oxygen, and/or air as oxidant, and palladium, platinum, ruthenium, rhenium, rhodium, iridium, gold, silver, copper, chromium and cobalt-containing solid compound having a catalytic effect as catalyst, and sulfur-containing fuel at 5-120 degrees C for 0.1-5 hours to obtain reacted product. The reacted product is subjected to crude oil, fuel oil or crude oil refining process, where the sulfur-containing compound is a sulfur-containing fuel. USE - Method for low temperature oxidation and desulfurization of fuel oil. ADVANTAGE - The method enables oxidizing and desulfurizing the fuel oil with high desulfurizing efficiency, in a simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A fuel oil low temperature oxidation and desulfurization method involves mixing peroxide, oxygen, and/or air as oxidant, and palladium, platinum, ruthenium, rhenium, rhodium, iridium, gold, silver, copper, chromium and cobalt- containing solid compound having a catalytic effect as catalyst, and sulfur-containing fuel at 5-120 degrees C for 0.1-5 hours to obtain reacted product. The reacted product is subjected to crude oil, fuel oil or crude oil refining process, where the sulfur-containing compound is a sulfur-containing fuel, tetrahydrothiophene, thiophene, dimethyl thiophene, benzothiophene, dibenzothiophene, methyl dibenzothiophene, 4 methyl dibenzothiophene and 4,6-dimethyl dibenzothiophene, thioether, thiol and disulfide, the oxidizer is hydrogen peroxide, t-butyl hydroperoxide, amyl hydrogen peroxide, di-tert-butyl hydroperoxide, cyclohexyl hydroperoxide, cumene hydroperoxide, cumene hydroperoxide, terpane hydrogen peroxide, dicumyl peroxide, azobisisobutyronitrile, peroxide cyclohexanone, ammonium persulfate, sodium persulfate, potassium persulfate, single over potassium sulfate, potassium hypochlorite, potassium permanganate, potassium dichromate, hypochlorous acid, sulfur trioxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, dinitrogen pentoxide, ozone and/or oxygen, the solid compound is metal nano particles supported on activated carbon, carbon nano fiber, ordered porous organic compound, carbon black, graphite thin, graphene oxide, silicon, silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, zeolite, kaolin, diatomaceous earth, magnesium aluminum spinel, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, titanium oxide, zirconia oxide, zinc oxide, gallium oxide, iron oxide, tin oxide, molybdenum oxide, hydroxyapatite and perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin solid compound.
