摘要:在350~1000℃及常压~2.5MPa的反应条件下,用加压热天平对煤焦燃烧反应过程进行了研究。实验表明在500—1000℃范围燃烧反应是由扩散控制的。煤焦燃烧反应速率强烈受到氧分压影响,对氧分压的反应级数是0.25—0.45。添加10%的脱硫剂后,对煤焦燃烧反应速率没有什么影响。
Coal char combustion processes were investigated in the range of reaction temperature of 350~1000℃ and under pressure of atmospheric 2.5 MPa with a pressurized thermal balance. It shows that combustion reaction rate is controlled by diffusion rate in temperature of 500~1000℃. Although the rank of coals, mineral materials in chars and char-preparation temperature with combustion reaction rate, the effects of these factors on burning rate are not significant. The char's combustion rate is apparently influenced on by partial pressure of oxygen and 0.25~0.45 of reaction order respecting Po2. Addi tive with 10% such as dolomite and limestone have no influence on char reaction rate.
