摘要:研究了芳砜纶纤维增强新型摩擦材料。采用分步干式开松法解决了芳砜纶的分散问题,应用正交设计法优化芳砜纶摩擦材料的配方。研究表明该摩擦材料性能优于半金属摩擦材料和石棉摩擦材料。从微观上研究了芳砜纶摩擦材料的分散对芳砜纶摩擦材料性能的影响,并指出该摩椽材料的磨损机制:首先发生跑合,然后在中低温时产生磨粒磨损和轻度粘着磨损,高温时出现热磨损和疲劳磨损。
A novel friction material reinforced with polysulfonainide fiber (PSF) was developed. By means of two-step dry mixing-loosening technique, the problem of even dispersing of PSF was solved. With the aid of the orthogonal design method,the formulation of PSF friction material was optimized. The PSF material wag superior to semimetallic friction material and asbestos-reinforced friction material in many respects especially in heat resistance The wear mechanism of PSF friction material was discussed by scanning electron microscopy.
