摘要:研究了真空冷冻条件下人工海水中冰晶的生长速度,讨论了停留时间、过冷度、搅拌速度、压力、盐度等对冰晶生长速度的影响及作用机理。结果表明生长速度主要受停留时间、过冷度、搅拌速度、盐度影响,而压力的影响较小,并且生长速度与过冷度间呈线性关系(过冷度>0.35℃时),而搅拌速度、盐度的影响则有峰值出现。
The ice crystal growth rate in artificial sea water under freezig was studied, and the effects and act mechanism of some factors, such as residue time, subcooling drgree, stirring rate, pressure and salinity, etc.were discussed. The results showed the ice crystal growth rate was affected mainly residue time, subcooling degree, stirring rate, and salinity, white the effect of pressure was littile. When the subcooling degree was greater than 0.35℃, the ice crystal growth rate was linear with subcooling degree, but the effect of stirring rate and salinity on the ice crystal growth rate had the peak value.
