摘要:[目的]研究多杀菌素(SPY)和毒死蜱(CHP)复配剂对3龄黏虫(Mythimna separata)的室内毒力及其对乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACh E)和羧酸酯酶(Car E)的联合作用。[方法]采用交互测定法。[结果]SPY∶CHP(1∶9)中单剂毒力具有相加作用,对ACh E和Car E的抑制作用显著高于毒死蜱;而SPY∶CHP(9∶1)中单剂毒力具有显著的增效作用,对ACh E抑制作用与毒死蜱无显著差异,对Car E的抑制作用仍显著高于毒死蜱。[结论]多杀菌素对毒死蜱的ACh E和Car E抑制作用具有诱导效应。
[Aims] This study aims to investigate the synergistic interaction of the mixture of spinosyns (SPY) and chlorpyrifos (CHP) against Mythimna separata larvae and its combined effect on acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) and carboxylesterase (CarE). [Methods] Indoor toxicity and enzyme assays. [Results] The interaction between SPY and CHP caused an additive effect in increasing the larvicidal activity of SPY:CHP (1:9) and asignificant synergistic effect in improving the larvicidal activity of SPY:CHP (9:1). Moreover, SPY:CHP (1:9) showed higher inhibitory activity on AChE and CarE, whereas SPY:CHP (9:1) revealed a significant stronger inhibitory effect on CarE and a similar inhibitory effect on AChE compared with the effect of chlorpyrifos. [Conclusions] The induction of SPY can enhance the inhibitory activity of chlorpyrifos against AChE and CarE in M. separata larvae.
