摘要：阐述了小冲杆试验技术的原理。在小冲杆试验机数据采集系统开发中引入了间接测量试样弯曲变形位移的新方法,使得测量更准确、操作更方便。并在Windows下基于Delphi6.0平台开发了适合小冲杆试验特点的数据采集程序,实现了载荷 位移曲线实时显示、存储与重绘等功能。
The principle of small punch test (SPT) technique was studied. In the development of the data acquisition system for SPT machine, an indirect new specimen bend displacement measure method was introduced, which made the measurement precise and test process more convenient. The data acquisition program adapted to SPT was developed by Delphi language in Windows environment, the functions of real-time display, save, and redraw for load-displacement curve were also realized.
