摘要：从区域经济学的角度，经济快速增长区域中的人力资本研究应包括：人力资本要素对区域经济增长的贡献度、人力资本在空间上的迁移流动态势、形成人力资本各种要素的空间结构三个方面的内容。长三角作为中国经济快速增长区域的典范，对于其人力资本的研究，有助于了解中国快速经济增长区域的人力资本状况及对区域经济增长的影响。
According to the perspective of regional economics, study of human capital in the region with fast economic development should be made up of three parts ： contribution degree to regional economy increase by human capital ; spatial migration and floating situation of human capital; spatial structure of various factors forming human capital. Yangtze Delta is the engine of China＇s economic development, the present study helps us understanding the status quo of human capital in the region with fast economic development and the influence of human capital on regional economic development.
