摘要：医患冲突已成为全球的普遍现象,医务社工开展的工作可视为波兰尼反向运动的一部分,它有助于将脱嵌的医疗市场拉回对人性的关怀。中国大陆地区的医务社工发展最大的阻碍就是定位不清,这也连带导致了医患关系的恶化。依据波兰尼双向运动观点,将医患冲突视为医疗市场化的结构性因素使然,并在此基础上提出对大陆医务社工发展在个体能动与制度结构上的建言。
Based on Polanyi’s view of “double movement”, this paper regards doctor-patient conflicts as abyproduct of the structure of medical marketization, which is also a global phenomenon. In this sense, medicalsocial workers can be seen as part of Polanyi’s notion of “counter- movement”, which helps to bring the de-embedded medical market back to the concern of humanity. However, the biggest obstacle to the development ofmedical social workers in China's Mainland is the issue of its unclear positioning, which also affects thedeterioration of the relationship between doctors and patients. This paper explores how the institutionalizeddevelopment of medical social workers in Taiwan gradually plays a role in mediating doctor-patient conflicts.Based on the analysis, the author puts forward suggestions on the development of medical social work inChina's Mainland.
