摘要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同Zn/Ga/Mn摩尔比的ZnGaMnO_(x),通过种子辅助法合成尺寸约为250 nm,分散程度好的SAPO-34纳米晶。将ZnGaMnO_(x)和SAPO-34物理研磨组成ZnGaMnO_(x)/SAPO-34双功能催化剂,考察了其CO_(2)加氢性能,探究了氧化物制备方法和Zn/Ga/Mn 3种元素的摩尔比对ZnGaMnO_(x)/SAPO-34催化性能的影响。结果表明,当Zn/Ga/Mn=5∶14∶6时,ZnGaMnO_(x)/SAPO-34的CO_(2)转化率为17.1%,CO选择性为67.7%,低碳烯烃选择性为66.2%。
ZnGaMnO_(x)With different Zn/Ga/Mn molar ratios were prepared by the sol-gel method,and SAPO-34 nanocrystals with a size of about 250 nm and good dispersion were synthesized by the seed-assisted method.The ZnGaMnO_(x)/SAPO-34 bifunctional catalysts were physically milled to form ZnGaMnO_(x)/SAPO-34,and their CO_(2)hydrogenation performance was investigated.The effects of the oxide preparation method and the molar ratio of the three elements Zn/Ga/Mn on the catalytic performance of ZnGaMnO_(x)/SAPO-34 were investigated.The result showed that when Zn/Ga/Mn=5∶14∶6,the CO_(2)conversion of ZnGaMnO_(x)/SAPO-34 was 17.1%,the CO selectivity was 67.7%and the lower olefin selectivity was 66.2%.
