摘要:通过合成一种两亲型阳离子高分子抗静电剂,并将该抗静电剂与聚(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)(ABS)经成型加工制得样条,然后测试样条在水煮1 h前后的表面电阻率以及测试抗静电剂的加入对ABS材料的力学性能的影响。结果表明:这种抗静电剂的加入使ABS表面电阻率降至108Ω/m2,水煮1 h后的电阻率仍有1010Ω/m2,而抗静电剂的加入使ABS的拉伸性能未有明显下降,但断裂伸长率却有所升高。
The amphiphilie antistatic agent was prepared and added into the base matrix by processing crafts. The test results shower that the addition of antistatic agent made the surface resistiviy of prepared antistatic ABS material reduced to 10^8 Ω/m2. After being boiled in water for 1 h,it still had a surface resistivity of 10^10Ω/m2. Besides,the addition of antistatic agent had no obvious impact on the tensile strength of ABS,while the elogation at break had some ascent compared with the neat ABS.
