摘要：乡村振兴不仅需要外部生产要素的输入,而且需要高度重视农民主体发挥内生动力作用。改革开放以来农民群体逐渐从单一种植群体演化成为结构复杂、从事多种生产活动的群体,其中身心俱在乡村、为农村生产和再生产发挥积极作用的"中坚农民",成为新时代乡村振兴内生动力机制建构需要重点关注的群体。新时代要重视"中坚农民"群体内部分化和资本下乡带来的双重困境,全面采取措施激活"中坚农民"的上下联结作用,从而为乡村振兴提供源源不断的内生动力支持。
Rural revitalization not only requires the input of external production factors,but also needs to attach great importance to the role of farmers as the main body of the endogenous driving force.Since the reform and opening up,the peasant group has gradually evolved from a single planting group to a group with complex structure and multiple production activities.Among them,the "core farmers" who are both physically and mentally in the countryside and play an active role in rural production and reproduction have become a group that needs to be paid attention to in the construction of the endogenous power mechanism of rural revitalization in the new era.In the new era,we must pay attention to the dual dilemma of "core farmers" facing group divisions and capital going to the countryside,and take comprehensive measures to activate the upper and lower linkages of "core farmers",so as to provide a steady stream of endogenous power support for rural revitalization.
