摘要:NOVELTY - A porous glass membrane tube comprises (pts.wt.) glass powder (70-95) and metal alloy powder (5-30). The glass powder comprises (pts.wt.) silicon dioxide (63-72), aluminum oxide (1-5), arsenic oxide (19-24), boron trioxide (19-25), potassium oxide (3-6), and sodium oxide. The metal alloy powder is copper-tin alloy or aluminum alloy. The wall thickness of the porous glass membrane tube is 0.5-1.5 mm. USE - A porous glass membrane tube. ADVANTAGE - The tube can be prepared using simple method having low cost and thin membrane tube wall, and does not easily produce crack. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of porous glass membrane tube comprising: (A) ball-milling and mixing the different component of the glass powder in the air into the glass powder with less than 80 meshes of powder size; (B) mixing uniformly the glass powder and the metal alloy powder, and putting into a mold for making the powder in the natural porous shape; (C) slightly waving to the height with the needed density, and making the powder never drop; (D) adding pressure on the mold axial until the powder is compact; and (E) embedding the conical mold with the mixed glass powder into the pure aluminum oxide powder, putting into a heat treatment furnace for sintering, after heating the mold, gasifying, sintering the mixed glass powder, and forming the porous glass membrane tube.
