摘要:采用纳滤膜法脱除矿山酸性废水中的重金属离子进行了试验研究,讨论了压力、pH、浓差极化、共存离子和膜污染对膜性能的影响。结果表明,在最佳条件下,DK2540纳滤膜对矿山酸性废水中的重金属离子截留率都超过了97%,出水浓度除Cu2+为1.5mg/L外,Ni2+、Zn2+、Pb2+均<0.5mg/L,透过液中的重金属离子基本达标排放,浓缩液可进一步回收利用。
Experiment was made to study acidity mining wastewater.The effect of pressure,pH,concentration polarization,coexisting ions and membrane fouling on the performance of nanofiltration membrane were investigated.Results showed that removal efficiency of heavy metal ions was higher than 97% and its concentration in permeation liquid was lower than 0.5 mg/L besides that the concentration of Cu2+ was 1.5mg/L,which verified that nanofiltration membrane is effective for the removal of heavy metal ions,and the concentration liquid can be reclaimed.
