摘要:以1,2-二氯乙烷和氯气为原料,用反应精馏法制备1,1,2-三氯乙烷,并考察了反应温度,1,2-二氯乙烷进料位置、填料类型和空塔气速对反应的影响。结果表明,较好的条件为1,2-二氯乙烷进料位置在塔的中上段,反应段温度为105~110℃,增大空塔气速和使用规整填料能明显提高1,1,2-三氯乙烷的选择性和生成速率。
Effects of temperature of reaction zone, location of 1, 2-dichloroethane charge-in,packings and superficial velocity on preparation of 1,1,2-trichloroethane from 1,2-dichloroethane and chlorine were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate reaction conditions were retention of rectification section, 105-110℃ in reaction zone, augmentation of superficial velocity and use of regular packing. Under the above reaction conditions, the selectivity and production rate of 1,1,2-trichloroethane were improved obviously.
