摘要：NOVELTY - The present invention discloses continuous dilute acid solution catalyzed biomass hydrolyzing process and apparatus for preparing monosaccharide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The continuous hydrolysis process includes the following steps: the reaction of solid biomass material and dilute acid solution inside a horizontal reactor with screw material feeding rod at 150-230 deg.c, the solid-liquid separation of the reacted material in a filtering tank and collecting the hydrolysate as the monosaccharide solution. The continuous production process has optimized conditions to reach hemicellulose converting rate of 91.45 wt%, cellulose converting rate of 79.23 wt% and practical monosaccharide yield of 75.86 wt%, and easy industrial implementation.
