摘要:用电渗析对制药厂酸性氨基酸废水进行了处理,结果表明:氨基酸和COD的脱除率均可达80%,低浓浅色废水经一级处理即可达排放标准,氨基酸的浓淡比可达20倍,浓水中氨基酸浓度可接近其饱和浓度。对废水中离子通过离子交换膜的极化现象和迁移性也做了研究。
The waste water containing amino acid (AA) from pharmaceutical factory is treated by electrodialysis. The results show that recoveries of both AA and COD are up to 80%,only by one-stage treatment, the light color waste water with lower concentration of AA will meet the disposal requirement, and the concentration ratio of AA in a concentrated and dilute solution smay reach up to 20, AA in the concentrated effluent may approach to saturation. Also,the ionic mobility and polarization of the ions in waste water passing through an ion exchange membrane are studied.
