摘要：精细化治理是习近平治国理政思想的工具化向度,其包含价值、结构和运行三个核心要义。"人本"与"共享"是精细化治理向度的价值追求、"协同"与"共治"是精细化治理向度的主体建构、"四维"与"四化"是精细化治理向度的行动方略。建立在科学理论与现实需求基础之上的习近平国家治理精细化理念是马克思主义的向前推进,是"历史"、"时代"、"实践"与"理论"等系列命题的整合集成,对其系统的阐扬具有重要理论意义和现实价值。
Fine governance is the instrumental orientation of Xi Jinping’s ruling thoughts,which implies three core essentials:value,structure and operation. "Humanism"and "sharing"are the value pursuit of refined governance,"collaboration"and "co-governance"are the main construction of refined governance,"four-dimensional"and"four-oriented"are refined governance action strategy. Based on the scientific theory and the actual needs,Xi Jinping’s refinement of state governance is the advancement of Marxism. It is the overall integration of the series of propositions such as "history","age","practice"and "theory". The systematic presentation has important theoretical and practical values.
