摘要:在高压反应釜中,对苯二甲酸二甲酯经两步催化加氢反应合成了1,4-环己烷:二甲醇。分别研究了反应温度、压力、反应时间和溶剂甲醇配比的影响,考察了催化剂的使用寿命。实验结果表明,Ru/Al2O3可用作对苯二甲酸二甲酯的苯环加氢催化剂,可连续使用8-10次;CuO-Cr2O3可用作1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯的酯基氢解,可连续使用4-5次。此两种催化剂都具有很好的活性,在优化的反应条件下,两步加氢反应的收率都达到98%以上。
The synthesis of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol from dimethyl terephthalate by two-stage liquid-phase hydrogenation was studied. The influences of temperature, pressure, reaction time and a-mount of methanol solvent on the yield were discussed, and the useful life of the catalysts were tested. The result showed that the Ru/Al2O3 catalyst for dimethyl terephthalate hydrogenation, and the CuO-Cr2O3 catalyst for 1, 4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate hydrogenation could be repeatedly used for 8 -10 and 4-5 times respectively. The catalysts have a high activity at the optimum hydrogenation conditions, the yield of these two hydrogenation stages are both over 98%.
