摘要:以粉末状 HZSM-5分子筛为催化剂考察了环己烯水合制备环己醇的反应,分析了 SiO_2与 Al_2O_3物质的量比和粒径对分子筛催化性能的影响,优化了环己烯水合反应的工艺条件。实验结果表明.SiO_2与Al_2O_3物质的量比为25的小粒径 HZSM-5分子筛催化效果最好,环己烯水合反应的较佳工艺条件为反应温度120℃、催化剂与水质量比为30∶100、水与环己烯两相体积比为1∶2,在此条件下反应2 h.环己醇收率达到15.4%。
Effects of molar ratio of SiO2 to Al2 O3, particle size of HZSM-5 zeolite and the operating conditions were investigated on the catalytic hydration of cyclohexene to cyclohexanol. The experimental results showed that the catalytic performance of HZSM-5 (SiO2/Al2 O3 =25) with small particle size was the best. The optimal condition for the hydration of cyclohexene was temperature 120 ℃, HZSM-5 zeolite mass fraction 30% and volumetric ratio of aqueous to organic phase 1 : 2. The yield of cyclohexanol was 15.4% in reaction 3 h under the optimal conditions.
