摘要:以神府煤煤灰化学成分和灰熔融性为研究对象,讨论了煤灰化学成分与熔融性的关系,发现煤灰化学成分中碱性氧化物及SO3含量对煤灰熔融性有较大影响,提出了用熔融指数FI+wFe2O3+wCaO+wMgO+wK2O+wNa2O)来预测煤灰熔融特征温度的回归公式,用FI回归(FI=wSO3公式计算的煤灰熔融特征温度计算值与实测值之差小于国家标准规定的误差值(再现性≤80°C)。
After the ash fusibility and its chemical composition of 22 Shenfu coal samples have been determined, the relationship between ashfusion temperature and its chemical composition was studied. The results show that the ashfusion temperature is influenced by not only basic oxides contents but also SO3 contents in the ash sample. The ashfusion temperature associated with the fusibility index FI(FI=wSO3+wFe2O3+wCaO+wMgO+wK2O+wNa2O) was put forward. The available formula for predicting the coal ashfusion temperatures are given as well as FI. The difference of tested value and calculated value with FI is less than the value provided by China National Standards.
