摘要:把切割刀具的作用空间划分成有限个刀片,提出了一种基于有限刀片的数值切割方法。每个刀片用数值方法描述,阐述了以有限刀片代替切割刀具的思想;给出了数字刀片的概念,并对数字刀片的创建方法进行了详细的描述;采用数值计算方法求解单一刀片作用效果以达到切割的目的,根据所有刀片的综合效果求解整体刀具切割效果,从而达到切削仿真的目的。
Consider the cutting space of rotary cut tool as many blades. Present a numerical cutting simulation method based on finite blades. Use numerical method to describe the blades. Replace the physical cut tool by many numerical cutting tools. Describe the concept of numerical cutting tools and the creating method of numerical cutting tools. Use numerical method to simulate the cutting effect of a single blade. The cutting effect of the entire tool was figured out by integrating the effect of all blades.
