摘要：用超临界CO2流体萃取法代替传统水蒸汽蒸馏法对木香挥发油的提取及其中主要活性成分之一去氢木香内酯的相对含量进行了研究。结果表明超临界萃取法不仅挥发油的收率高，而且活性成分含量也高。
Supercritical CO2 extraction of essential oil from Aucklandia lappa Dence. was studied. Results indicatedthat both the yield of essential oil and the content of active priniciple,dehydrocostuslactone were higher thanthat obtained by the conventional steam distillation process.
