摘要:在气流床气化细渣浮选脱炭过程中,针对常见的柴油–松醇油浮选体系,研究不同类型表面活性剂复配对气化细渣浮选效果的影响。采用扫描电镜–能谱仪(scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometer,SEMEDS)、X-射线荧光(X-ray fluorescence,XRF)、Mastersizer 2000、傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)等对浮选样品的微观形貌、元素组成、粒度组成和表面化学等进行表征分析。结果表明,添加表面活性剂可以促进柴油乳化,提升泡沫稳定性,提高浮选过程炭的回收率(5~20个百分点)。同时阴离子表面活性剂可以提高回收炭的烧失量,捕获更多小颗粒回收炭,且对炭表面甲基亚甲基等疏水官能团的附着有利,而其余类型表面活性剂不利于疏水官能团的附着,影响回收炭的纯度,对大颗粒炭的捕获效果更好。研究还发现随着离子型活性剂浓度的提高,扩散双电层厚度被压缩变薄,气泡与乳液稳定性减弱,炭回收率降低。
In the flotation process of gasification fine slag from the entrained-flow gasifier,the effect of different surfactants on flotation performance was studied based on the common diesel-terpineol flotation system.The fine slag samples microscopic morphology,element composition,particle size composition and surface chemistry were investigated by using the scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometer(SEM-EDS),X-ray fluorescence(XRF)and Mastersizer 2000 and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results show that the addition of surfactants can promote diesel emulsification,improve bubble stability,and increase flotation process carbon recovery rate(5~20 percentage points).Meanwhile,the anionic surfactant can increase the residual carbon loss on ignition(LOI),which can capture more small particles to recycle carbon,and is beneficial to the hydrophobic functional groups adhesion on the surface of residual carbon.However,other surfactants have an adverse effect on the hydrophobic functional groups adhesion and affect the purity of recovery carbon,showing better capture effect for the large particles carbon.Furthermore,with the increase of the ionic surfactant concentration,the thickness of the diffusion electric double layer is compressed,the stability of bubbles and emulsion is weakened,and the carbon recovery rate is reduced.
