摘要：NOVELTY - The invention relates to a process for preparing recombinant human interferon (cIFN) through eukaryotic expression which mainly comprises, subjecting Pichia pastoris GS115/pPIC9K-CIFN to seed culture, fermentation tank culture, exogenous protein induced expression, and destination protein purification, the invention is characterized in that, upon the start of the exogenous protein induced expression, Tween-20, Tween-80, SDS, Triton X-100, Triton X-114, NP-40, CHAPS, Zwittergent 3-14, LiDS, sodium tauroglycocholate, deoxidized tauroglycocholate, octylglucoside or/and Brij35 are charged into 0.01-10g/L of fermentation solution, the temperature for the exogenous protein induced expression is controlled between 20-30 degreesC, the pH of the fermentation solution during the exogenous protein induced expression is controlled between 3.0-7.0, the methanol content in the fermentation solution is controlled between 1.0-10.0g/L.
