摘要:针对加氢反应器热箱部位的应力分析问题,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,并调用AUX12求解器模块实现定义辐射传热,形成了考虑热辐射作用的应力计算分析策略。基于JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》(2005年确认)对加氢反应器热箱部位进行应力评定,并比较了是否考虑热辐射作用下的结果。结果表明,考虑热辐射的作用会使热箱部位的温度场分布均匀,应力显著减小;而不考虑热辐射作用得到的计算结果过于保守。
With respect to the problem of stress analysis in the hot box of the hydrogenation reactor,the stress analysis strategy was implemented which considers the effect of thermal radiation. In this strategy,the AUX12 solver module was employed for definition of the radiation heat transfer in ANSYS software.The stress evaluation was conducted in the hot box of hydrogenation reactor according to the rule in the standard JB 4732—1995 "Steel Pressure Vessel—Analysis Design"(Edition 2005),and the results were compared in the cases where whether thermal radiation was taken into account or not. The results show that the distribution of the temperature field in the hot box is more uniform and the stress is obviously reduced when the effect of thermal radiation is taken into account; whereas the calculation result obtained when the effect of thermal radiation is not taken into account is too conservative.
