摘要:以偏苯三酸酐为原料,分别与对氨基苯甲酸和甘氨酸合成聚酰胺酰亚胺的中间体——N-(4-羧苯基)偏苯酰亚胺和N-(2-羧亚甲基)偏苯酰亚胺,并用1H-NMR及IR对产物结构进行确认,考察了反应时间、溶剂量、带水剂甲苯量和原料配比对合成反应的影响。结果表明,N-(4-羧苯基)偏苯酰亚胺的较优反应条件为:n对氨基苯甲酸:n偏苯三酸酐=1.05,偏酐在溶剂二甲基乙酰胺中的浓度为1.1 mol?L?1,带水剂甲苯与溶剂的体积比为0.5,反应时间5 h;N-(2-羧亚甲基)偏苯酰亚胺的较优反应条件为:n甘氨酸:n偏苯三酸酐=0.95,偏酐在溶剂二甲基甲酰胺中的浓度为2.5 mol?L?1,带水剂甲苯与溶剂的体积比为0.875,反应时间2.5 h。
N-(4-carboxyphenyl) trimellitimide and N-(2-carboxymethyl) trimellitimide, the reactive intermediates for polyamide imide, were synthesized by the reaction of trimellitic anhydride with glycine and p-aminobenzoic acid, respectively. The structures of the products were confirmed by IH-NMR and IR, and the influences of reaction time, solvent amount, toluene amount and mole ratio of raw materials were also investigated in the paper. It is concluded that the optimal process conditions of synthesizing N-(4-carboxyphenyl) triellitimide are that n(PABA): n(TMA) = 1.05, the concentration of trimellitic anhydride in dimethyl acetamide is 1.1 mol.L^-1, the volume ratio of toluene and solvent is 0.5, and the reactive time is 5 h. The optimal process conditions for synthesizing N-(2-carboxymethyl) trimellitimide are that n(Gly):n(TMA) = 0.95, the concentration of trimellitic anhydride in dimethyl formarnide is 2.5 mol.L-1, the volume ratio of toluene and solvent is 0.875, and the reactive time is 2.5 h.
