摘要:针对化纤企业外排污水再生处理后回用于冷却水系统面临的问题,提出了针对性的水处理方案。经过某企业二年多的运行,结果表明,再生水平均每天回用量在500 m3以上,节水减排效益明显。在此基础上,通过采用反渗透技术,进一步实现了冷却水系统外排水全部利用的零排污目标。
Chemical fiber enterprise usually uses wastewater for recycling cooling water system after advanced treatment.In this paper a corresponding method aiming at the problems in the process was proposed.The result shows that the method can use at least 500 m3 reclaimed water each day from a running factory's 2-year experience,and the reclaimed water reuse has obvious economic benefit on saving water and decreasing wastewater discharge.In addition,the wastewater of recycling cooling water system achieves zero discharge of wastewater through reverse osmosis technology.
