摘要：在创新主导的时代背景下,所谓"企业"已经在悄然发生变化。本文以领导与员工两类企业创新主体为分析起点,认为企业管理更为本质的内容是保障企业中个体持续性为企业创造新的利润点,即持续创新。以此微观视角,本文提出了新的企业内涵及边界概念。本文还依据两类企业主体重新划分了管理职能并通过理论分析总结出管理学定律——在动态的环境中,一个企业如果不产生创新,它将保持原有的状态或被淘汰。
Starting from two innovative parts of enterprise-leader and employee,we hold the opinion:the nature of enterprise management is keeping everyone in enterprise to create new profit point long and lastingly.It means sustainable innovation.We redefine the meaning and boundaries of enterprises based on a micro-view.We also redistrict management function according to two kinds of innovation parts and conclude Management Law through theoretical analysis:in a dynamic environment,if an enterprise does not produce innovation,it will remain in its original state or die out.
