摘要:NOVELTY - A quinoline derivative (I or II) is new. USE - A quinoline derivative used in metal catalytic asymmetric synthesis reaction. ADVANTAGE - When taking metal catalyst as electrophilic reagent, the catalytic activity (including enantioselectivity, regioselectivity, selectivity of special reaction type and catalysis efficiency) of formed catalyst can be regulated via reversible balance of coordinate bond and covalent bond between coordination atom and metal catalyst, thus, the limit that the nitrogen oxygen ligand catalytic reaction types is few is broken. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A quinoline derivative of formula (I) or (II), is new. R1=H or halo; R2, R3, R4=H or substituted 1-3C alkyl; R5=5-membered or hexatomic aromatic ring or substituted 1-3C alkyl;or R2, R3 and/or R5=substituted 1-3 alkyl, where substituent group in substituted 1-3C alkyl is OH and 5-membered or hexatomic aromatic ring group, or OH and 5-membered or hexatomic aromatic ring substituted by 1-3C perfluoroalkyl.
