摘要：本文主要研究了希望义卖中心成立的过程,内部的运行机制与外部的社会环境,并对其展开了一些讨论和思考,认为希望义卖中心这种新兴的非营利组织的诞生,对于公众的公益理念和政策、法律等第三部门的社会与制度环境将产生重要的影响。
Based on the research of the establishment of the Charity Sale Center for Hope Project, its internal mechanism and the external social environment, this paper mainly discusses its important impacts on Chinese policies and laws.
