摘要:设计了一种信号调理电路,用于外骨骼机器人和工业炉窑监测现场微弱信号的放大。该电路将IEPE(压电集成电路)加速度传感器采集的设备振动信号,在A/D转换前进行交流同相放大和滤波等处理。经工业现场中实际应用验证,该电路信号失真度小、信噪比高、抗干扰能力强,可以满足干扰环境下微弱振动信号的调理需求,具有重要应用价值。
A signal conditioning circuit was designed to achieve the amplification of weak signal for exoskeleton and industrial furnaces.The signal conditioning circuit processed the original signal of IEPE accelerometer before A/D conversion,which included AC non-inverting amplifier and filter.Experiments in industrial environment show the ability of meeting the conditioning needs of weak signal,with the characteristics of small signal distortion,high signal to noise ratio and high anti-interference ability under disturbances.
