摘要:研究了利用玻璃弹簧填料为载体,采用浸涂烧结法制备负载型纳米TiO_2的过程、及其对有机磷农药敌百虫和乐果的光催化降解效果,并与单TiO_2粉末做了简单对比。结果表明:低浓度的两种有机磷农药,8W紫外灯照射2h时,无负载TiO_2对敌百虫和乐果的降解率分别为56.7%和68.6%;而玻璃弹簧负载TiO_2对二者的降解率分别为76.6%和88.7%;并且玻璃弹簧上负载的TiO_2光催化活性没有减弱,可以连续使用。同时还研究了改良型P25(P25/20)悬浮体系中的光催化降解效果,并展望了其在军事防化洗消领域中的应用前景。
A carrier of glass spring filler together with a dip coating coagulation method was used to prepare loaded nanometer TiO2 which was then tested for effects on photocatalytic degradation of the organophosphorus pesticides trichlorfon and dimethoate. TiO2 powder was used as a control. Trichlorfon and dimethoate at low concentrations degraded 56.7 and 68.6%, respectively, when illuminated 2 h with an 8-W ultraviolet lamp with non-loaded TiO2, while degradation was 76.6 and 88.7%, respectively, with glass spring loaded TiO2. Photocatalytic activity of the glass spring loaded TiO2 did not decrease, allowing reuse of the material. Also investigated was the photocatalytic degrada- tion efficacy of the amendment P25 (P25/20) slurry system. Prospects for future use of this material in military chemical defense sanitation were also discussed.
