摘要:用聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)及六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)对凹凸棒土(ATP)进行分散、提纯和改性处理;利用透射电镜研究了其在水中的分散情况;利用热失重、红外和XRD对改性前后的ATP进行了表征。结果表明:PAAS及SHMP都能较好地分散ATP,PAAS对ATP的提纯改性效果要优于SHMP。在反应釜内通过水解开环聚合制备了聚酰胺6/凹凸棒土(PA6/ATP)纳米复合材料,利用XRD和EXSC等测试手段分析了该复合材料的结晶结构;通过TEM分析了ATP在该复合材料中的分散情况,并测定了其力学性能。结果表明:ATP在PA6基体中分散较为均匀,当ATP用量为3.5%时,PA6的结晶度增加4.5%,材料的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和拉伸屈服强度分别较纯PA6提高33.7%、32.5%和29.4%。
Attupulgite was dispersed, purified and modified by polyacrylate sodium (PAAS) and sodium hexarnetaphosphate (SHMP). TEM showed that attupulgite was well dispersed in PAAS and SHMP. The modified attupulgite was characterized with TG, FTIR, and XRD. PA6/ATP nano-composites were prepared via hydrolytic ring-open polymerization in a reactor. Their crystallization behavior and morphology were studied using DSC, XRD, and SEM. When attupulgite content was 3.5 %, the degree of crystallinity of PA6 in the nano-composite was 4.5 % higher, the flexural strength, flexural modulus, and tensile strength were 33.7 % ,32.5 %, and 29.4 % higher, respectively, compared with neat PA6.
