摘要:NOVELTY - Modified anti-static material comprises 70-90 wt.% of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin, 5-15 wt.% of polyether ester amide, 1-5 wt.% of compatibilizer, 1-15 wt.% of zinc oxide crystal whisker, 0.01-1 wt.% of coupling agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% of thermal stabilizing agent and 0.1-0.4 wt.% of lubricating agent. The ABS resin is copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. The polyether ester amide is copolymer of polyamide, chain expanding agent and polyethylene alcohol. USE - Modified anti-static material. ADVANTAGE - The modified anti-static material is non-toxic, ensures low surface resistance, excellent anti-static and physical properties and light color, and can be manufactured in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modified anti-static material comprises 70-90 wt.% of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin, 5-15 wt.% of polyether ester amide, 1-5 wt.% of compatibilizer, 1-15 wt.% of zinc oxide crystal whisker, 0.01-1 wt.% of coupling agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% of thermal stabilizing agent and 0.1-0.4 wt.% of lubricating agent. The ABS resin is copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. The polyether ester amide is copolymer of polyamide, chain expanding agent and polyethylene alcohol. The chain expanding agent is selected from adipic acid, sebacic acid, hexamethylenediamine, isocyanate, 6-aminocaproic acid or lactic acid. The compatibilizer is maleic anhydride graft ABS resin or styrene maleic anhydride copolymer. The coupling agent is silane coupling agent or titanate coupling agent, where the thermal stabilizing agent is selected from triphenyl phosphate or phenol antioxidant. The lubricating agent is high-grade fatty acid or fatty acid alcohol ester with 12-18 carbon atoms. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing modified anti-static material, which involves: (A) mixing ABS resin with polyether ester amide, compatibilizer, zinc oxide crystal whisker, coupling agent, thermal stabilizing agent and lubricating agent for 2-4 hours at 80 degrees C in a high-speed mixer; (B) transferring into an extruding machine for pelletizing; and (C) molding the particle with an injection machine for obtaining the modified ABS anti-static material.
