摘要:采用溶液燃烧法制备了Zr、Sm单助剂以及Zr、Sm双助剂的Ni/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂,利用N_(2)吸附-脱附、XRD、TEM、H_(2)-TPR和CO-TPD对催化剂进行了表征。与单助剂催化剂相比,Zr、Sm双助剂催化剂能削弱Ni与载体间的相互作用,减少NiAl_(2)O_(4)尖晶石的生成。双助剂催化剂上Ni颗粒粒径更小,提供更多的活性位,促进了CO的吸附,提高了催化剂的催化活性。Ni-2Zr2Sm催化剂具有最好的低温活性,在280℃反应温度下,CO转化率为99.8%,CH_4选择性为98.8%,在50h高温稳定性测试中保持良好的高温稳定性,CO转化率稳定在92.5%左右。
Ni/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) methanation catalysts with Zr and Sm dual promoters were prepared by solution combustion method and characterized by N2 adsorption,XRD,TEM,H2-TPR and CO-TPD.Compared with single promoter catalysts,Zr and Sm dual promoted catalysts weaken the interaction between Ni and support,which restrained the formation of NiAl_(2)O_(4) spinel phase.There were more active sites in dual promoters catalysts for the smaller Ni particles,which could improve CO adsorption,facilitating CO methanation.Ni-2Zr2Sm exhibited excellent low-temperature catalytic activity with a CO conversion of 99.8%and a CH4 selectivity of 98.8%at 280℃,and also showed good stability during a 50 h stability test with a CO conversion of nearly 92.5%.
