摘要：As the two sources of capital under the formal and informal institutions, government subsidies and political connections have an important influence on R&D investment and innovative output of strategic emerging industries. Based on the panel data of listed strategic emerging industries from 2010 to 2015, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between government subsidies, political connections and the innovation of strategic emerging industries. The study gives four conclusions. Firstly, government subsidies have a significant positive impact on the overall innovation of strategic emerging industries. The choice and development of strategic emerging industries is essentially to grasp the current and future industrial opportunities that may lead to revolutionary changes in production factors in the economic system. The economic transformation caused by such revolutionary changes will provide opportunities and challenges for the realization of agricultural industrialization. Characteristic agriculture is closely related to emerging industries, which is characterized by its strategic significance, the need for sustainable development, the key content of structural adjustment and the development responsibility of the government. Government subsidies have a large effect on innovation output, innovation efficiency and technical level. Secondly, political connections have a positive impact on the strategic emerging industry overall innovation level. But the impact was not significant, and political connections largely inspired the low-level innovation of enterprises. Thirdly, the efficiency of government subsidies for strategic emerging private enterprises, as well as the innovation efficiency and technical level promoting effect is obviously better than that of state-owned enterprises. Lastly, political connections have a significant positive impact on the high level of strategic emerging private enterprises' innovation, and have a positive effect on lower levels of innovation for state-owned enterprises. Political connections have a negative impact on state-owned enterprises R&D investment.
