摘要：NOVELTY - The method involves taking a certain mass of dirt oil to heat for 5-15 minutes. Dirt oil is added in deionized water and mixed uniformly using a stirring machine. Ultrasonic wave is set for dirt oil emulsion under ultrasonic wave radiation, where ultrasonic wave frequency is set between 20KHz-30KHz, ultrasonic wave power is set between 40W-120W, ultrasonic water bath temperature is set between 30-100 degrees C and ultrasonic time is set between 1 minute-25 minutes. Cleaned dirt oil is demulsified by sedimentation separation process, so that water and crude oil are separated and recovered. USE - Ultrasonic auxiliary wave oil tank machine crude oil dirt cleaning, demulsifying and dehydrating method. ADVANTAGE - The surface tension during cleaning of dirt oil is reduced. Bead surrounded in oil layer is destroyed. Breaking effect is improved, and dehydration rate and raw oil recovery rate are increased.
