摘要:以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)按7∶3质量比的熔融共混物为原料,超临界二氧化碳(scCO_2)为物理发泡剂,通过挤出发泡的方法制备聚乙烯共混物的泡沫材料。系统研究了不同种类成核剂以及复合成核剂的成核效果。结果表明,成核剂的加入使流变性能变优,CO_2的溶解度上升,结晶温度上升。且1.0%(质量分数,下同)滑石粉和1.0%聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)的复合成核剂发泡效果最佳,制备的聚乙烯共混物泡沫材料平均孔径可达254μm,孔密度6.60×104cells/cm3,发泡倍率6.02。
The blend of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) in a mass ratio of 7 : 3 was extrusion foamed with supercritical carbon dioxide (CO2) as physical blowing agent. The nucleation effect of different nucleating agents on the extrusion foaming was systematically studied. The rheology properties are improved, and the solubility of CO2 rises, as well as rise of the crystallization temperature when the nucleation agents are added. The optimum foams with the average cell size of 254μm, cell density of 6.60 × 10^4 cm-3 and expansion ratio of 6.02 can be obtained from PE composites contained with 1.0% polymer vinyl acetate (PVAc) and 1.0% talc.
