摘要:在初始凝胶中加入不同量的四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)模板剂和不同的铝源,制备了晶粒粒径为50~116nm的纳米HZSM-5分子筛,使用XRD、FE-SEM、TEM、N_(2)低温吸附、NH_(3)-TPD和ICP-AES等表征手段考察纳米HZSM-5分子筛物化性质。结果表明:随着TPAOH用量的增加,分子筛平均粒径先减小后增大,当TPAOH/SiO_(2)的物质的量比为0.25时,平均粒径达到最小为50nm;而铝源种类的变化并不影响分子筛晶粒的平均粒径。在MTP反应中评价纳米HZSM-5分子筛的催化性能,C_(2)~C_(4)低碳烯烃选择性和丙烯选择性可分别达到63.2%和38.1%。
Nano-size HZSM-5 zeolites with crystal sizes varying from 50 nm to 116 nm were prepared by adding different amount of tetrapropylammonium hydroxide(TPAOH)and different kinds of aluminum sources to the starting gel before crystallization and characterized by XRD,FE-SEM,TEM,N2 adsorption/desorption,NH3-TPD and ICP-AES.The results show that with the increase of TPAOH,the average crystal size decreases initially and then increases,and the smallest crystal size of 50 nm was achieved at TPAOH/SiO_(2) molar ratio of 0.25,however,aluminum sources has little influence on the crystal size.Using the prepared nano-size HZSM-5 samples for the reaction of methanol to propylene(MTP),the selectivity of C_(2)-C_(4) light olefins could be up to 63.2%with a propylene selectivity of 38.1%.
