摘要:采用自由基聚合方法,在纳米碳纤维(CNF)表面接枝聚丙烯酸正丁酯(PnBA)和聚苯乙烯(PS),利用接枝的嵌段聚合物作为大分子偶联剂制备CNF/PS复合材料。红外傅里叶变换光谱(FT-IR)研究表明,嵌段聚合物PnBA-b-PS被成功地接枝到CNF表面。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和力学性能测试结果显示,CNF与PS复合材料界面结合得到改善,力学性能明显提高。
The block copolymer poly(n-butylacrylate)-b-polystyrene(PnBA.b.PSt) was grafted onto carbon nanofibers through surface-initiated radical polymerization. The grafting block copolymer was used as a macromolecular coupling agent and the CNF/PSt composites were prepared. The FTIR results showed that the block copolymer PnBA-b-PSt was successfully grafted onto CNF. The SEM and mechanical properties testing results indicated that the interface combination between the fibers and the resin was effectively enhanced, and the mechanical properties of the composites were remarkably increased.
